Corporate Performance Executive

**Job Purpose**
- Assist on all corporate performance matters and documentations, including but not limited to the weekly performance tracker, performance dashboard and Board’s approval paper
- Work closely with the business units within the Group in the formulation of the Group’s Annual Operating Plan (“AOP”), which includes but not limited to the preparation of the Board’s approval paper
- Conduct market research and related data mining on global/continent/regional mega trends that will affect the Group’s existing and proposed new businesses

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic management of KPIs** - To assist the Head in managing the Group’s KPIs, utilizing Corporate Performance Management tools.
- **Performance Management & Monitoring** - To assist the Head in managing and monitoring performance against targets, red-flag where appropriate and to identify & monitor resolution of performance issues.
- **Analytics and reporting **- To assist the Head on developing and management of Management reports and dashboards based on pre-set KPIs and targets. To undertake research of appropriate depth on the industry as an input for Group-wide strategic plan
- **Innovation & Strategy** - To assist the Head on researching and identifying targeted innovation initiatives.
- **Management Meetings** - To assist the Head in coordinating presentation materials and meeting agenda, monitor and drive the completion of action items raised in the meeting.
- **Board Meetings** - To assist the Head in coordinating presentation materials and ensure timely submission of Board Papers.

**Qualifications**

1) University degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or related field and or professional qualification in accounting or finance. Masters and PhD would be an added advantage.

2) Special required skills:

- Basic knowledge in conducting research studies and data analytics
- Basic knowledge in performance measurement function and practices
- Business Planning and forecasting experience are added advantage
- Good understanding of financial statement
- Proficient level in MS Excel and MS Power Points
- Good analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

3) Personal / Behaviour Competencies:

- Self-motivated, comfortable working hands-on in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills and able to work independently

**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM4,750.00 per month
