Sales & Customer Service Executive

**Responsibilities**

Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

- acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the mission, values and culture of the company.
- Adhere to all company standards, procedures and guidelines.
- Good understanding with work flow and services provided by the Company.
- Deliver excellent customer service to all guest to ensure quality services are provided throughout their stay with us.
- To perform monthly follow up calls for all the signed up customers and resolved any queries may raised by the customers.
- Check and follow on shift handover, check arrivals and familiarizes oneself with room allocation, the day’s visitors / VIPs arrivals or departure.
- To answer incoming enquiry and make necessary appointment arrangement such as center visit or virtual center tour.
- To attend customer and close sales/ follow up on sales and to provide professional before and after sales services.
- To build strong rapport and relationship with guests and to ensure all service commitments extended to customers are met.
- Deliver presentation, training and meeting with guest.
- Responsible for stay-in guest’s enquiry, to ensure guest’s request, feedback and complaints are logged and resolved on time to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- To assist and supervise the housekeeping team performance and perform quality check on housekeeping team, to ensure the center cleanliness is up to the standard set.
- Maintain clean and organized workspace for higher productivity.
- Check room and rate charges slips, to ensure no discrepancy. Advise housekeeping and all departments concerned with guests have to be moved / check in / check out and ensure smooth process in place.
- Work closely with other departments and good understand with all departments’ work flow and services provided by the Company.
- Well aware of all promotions and activities of center.
- Ensure all reservations are taken and all guest / important informations are being updated in the system.
- To undertake any task or assignment as may be assigned to you by your immediate superior or management from time-to-time.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Possess a Degree / Diploma, preferably in a health-related field
- Previous job experience in Postnatal Care, Healthcare or Hospitality industry will be an added advantage
- Customer care and service minded
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Multilingual (English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin)

Working location at Life Care Diagnostic Medical Centre Sdn Bhd Cheras South

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
