We are seeking for high driven individuals who possess a strong passion for providing customer support and handling administrative tasks.

Responsibilites:

- Provide car insurance quotations to customers timely and efficiently
- Resolve customer quotations timely, and efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly
- Escalate to the person in charge any unresolved issues/queries immediately
- Work as a team and ensure that KPI is met
- Provide customer service to customers pertaining to insurance-related inquiries
- Assist in following up with the admin team on the quotation or policy requested by the customer
- Ensure all customers’ queries or requests are handled in a polite, efficient manner and a high level of customer service is consistently maintained
- Resolve customer queries timely, efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly
- Work as a team and ensure that the customers service level is met

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in clerical/administrative/ sales support
- Proficient in social media marketing channels
- Computer literate and good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment
- Attention to detail, organization, reliability with a positive mindset

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- On call

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
