Customer Sales Executive

Duties include, but not limited to: - Order Processing & Fulfilment: Coordinate the end-to-end order (B2C & B2B) fulfilment process for domestic and overseas market from the time of order placement to ensure deliveries are completed in a timely and professional manner, acting as a liaison between internal staff and customers;
- Inventory Planning & Management: Match demand forecast with stock-on-hand and sales to ensure sufficient inventory levels are available at all times to meet demand, track slow-moving and obsolete stock and plan for clearance, identify savings along the logistics routes and remove inefficient and unnecessary steps;
- Vendor Management and Customer Success: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key logistics partners and vendors along the logistics chain (e.g. merchandisers, distributors, 3PLs, warehouse); deliver solutions to logistics and EX/IM problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service to customers’ queries, requests, and complaints, negotiate rates and contracts with transportation and logistics providers to be most cost-effective;
- Other Key Operational Support: Support new business initiatives (e.g. sample preparation, information provision, in-person marketing events/activations), liaise with Accounts team to ensure customer payments are received within the agreed terms; ensure IT systems in place for customer records, product information, and inventory levels are accurate and effective;
- Any ad-hoc administrative duties not listed here.
