Requirements:

- Fresh Graduates or minimum of 6 month experience in Customer Service
- Able to work in Bangkok, Thailand
- Answer any inbound questions/queries from clients
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in Thai Language, Native Thai & English

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable resources
- Process request according to customer’s preference on time
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Complete call logs and report

Working Hours : 9 hours woking shift, no overnight shift

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
