**行政**
- 負責監控公司財產,如公司車輛、手機、筆記型電腦等。
- 負責辦公室維護問題,如電話、印表機、廁所、辦公大樓(包括辦公室清潔等)。
- 負責公司宿舍相關事宜,如租賃、續約等事宜。
- 負責公司車輛保養及安排Puspakom檢查。
- 監控和維護辦公設備、公用設施、文具和食品儲藏室的供應。
- 負責員工 GPA 和 GHS 保險事務。
- 有效地處理所有行政任務。
- 組織員工參與活動/活動(例如:團隊建立、生日慶祝、週年晚宴)。
- 管理日常一般辦公室管理和辦公室條件維護。
- 擁有與多個地方政府部門打交道、登記、申請許可證的經驗。
- 履行管理層可能不時分配的任何其他相關職責。
**人力資源**
- 協助檢查員工出勤、加班和費用報銷
- 協助隔離和記錄。
**培訓與發展**
- 安排培訓(公開培訓/內部培訓)
- 維護更新的課程資料庫和培訓記錄
- 根據年度培訓計劃組織協調培訓課程。
- 負責 HRDF 申請並確保按時提交所有符合條件的培訓課程以用於報銷。根據徵稅貢獻編制並分析人力資源發展資金的使用。
