"Key Responsibilities
Analyse data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends.
Devise long-term development strategies for product categories.
Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products.
Maintain and update the product Item Master File.
Foster trust relationships with vendors to achieve better pricing and quality of services.
Place appropriate orders to ensure product availability that meets consumer demands.
Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility.
Liaise with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category.
Make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory.
Assume responsibility of budget development and revenue for category.
Develop category management in term of sales, margin, planogram, price competitiveness & Trading terms
**Requirements**:
Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

**Required language(s)**: English, Bahasa, Mandarin

**Required Skill(s)**: MS Office, Ms Excel
Proven experience as category manager or similar role.
Solid knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principles.
Experience is retail industry will be an added advantage.
Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods.
An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
Excellent communication and people skills.
2. Daily checking and take reading inside LV MSB room;
3. Monitor & guide visiting engineer for MSB room monthly checking;
4. Monitor & arrange outsource service provider to calibrate electrical safety device once every 2 years for EFR, ELR inside MSB room, SSB, Pump Room;
5. Monthly maintenance for building fire alarm system duty pump, jockey pump, standby pump, break glass, smoke detector by outsource service provider;
6. To ensure all 10 kg & 5kg FE renew the certificate every year;
7. To renew certificate Pepasangan Elektrik for Genset inside Suruhanjaya Tenaga ECOSS system.
8. Order and handle office equipment chairs table, drawer once damaged, broken
9. Support the maintenance / manager in maintaining the factory electrical, instrument, mechanical and refrigeration controls in ensuring breakdown are minimize and cost are under control.
10. To plan for the preventive maintenance in ensuring plant reliability.
11. To assist in the project design, construction and commissioning of the factory in ensuring project works are executed in a safe environment.
12. To lead / work with a team of contractors in project works.
13. Overall responsible for the electrical, instruments, mechanical, and refrigeration control and equipment that install in the plant.
14. To liaise with production, warehouse and others department in ensuring product flow through.
15. To maintain master list of calibration record for all critical equipment e.g pressure gauge, temperature gauge and send to 3rd party service provider for calibration before due dates.
16. Trouble shoot equipment breakdown and escalade to management whenever downtime exceed 1 hour. - Ensure the firefighting equipment and SPKA panel is serviced, tested and calibrated by competent serviced provider.
17. Ensure the substation/ distribution room/ genset room is calibrated by electrical competent company.
18. Ensure the air compressor system are in good running condition.
19. Ensure water supply from SYABAS are continuous.
20. Perform any duties assign by management - work closely with operation team regarding outlet maintenance issue.
21. Arrange contractor for outlet maintenance issue
22. To cover more than 80's BWY outlet within peninsular Malaysia and Sabah /Sarawak such as display chiller/freezer, walk in chiller/freezer. alarm system, CCTV, a/c (wall cassette, ceiling expose), roller shutter, glass door, safe box, toilet accessories, cashier drawer, gondola racking, PA system, electrical part lighting, socket, and piping;
23. Preparation paper work before job proceed, Purchase Requisition (PR) form, Purchase order (PO). Send to finance department once received invoice;
24. Prepare 2,3 quotation for comparison and get approval from top management before job start.
25. Monitoring monthly servicing for production sludge tank;
26. Check & ensure all contractor payment being paid by Finance department base from contractor SOA (Statement of account);
27. Monitor and deal with elevator/lift service provider checking, servicing for any breakdown at HQ and outlet area;
28. Deal with contractor for PM schedule air con display freezer/chiller HQ and outlet;
29. Monitoring monthly preventive maintenance for air cooled chiller;
30. To maintain cooling system inside factory such as wall mounted, cassette unit for office area and FCU for warehouse and production area;
31. Standby 24/7 for any breakdown for warehouse, production, freezer room & chiller room;
32. To be on-call and attend for any minor breakdown for factory,
