**Job description**

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE SPECIALIST

Location : Kuala Lumpur HQ

Job Scope
- Locate & develop business opportunities for NDT Inspection, Third Party Inspection Services, Manpower Supply related to Marine/ Petrochemical /Oil and Gas business.
- Liaise between client/leads and ENERGY WORKFORCE technical team and Operations Team to provide updates and feedback for all technical related questions/procedures and specification needs.
- Conduct and review market analysis to determine customer needs, pricing and trends
- Provides precise and timely information to contracts team to prepare sales quotations and proposals
- Participate in major tenders and follow through in tender clarification meetings.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain and manage existing contracts/leads database.
- Provides biweekly forecasts and summaries in a timely manner to management.
- Ensure to build trust and satisfaction with the services provided by overseeing all ongoing activities with the clients from beginning till end of assigned project.
- Applicants must be willing to travel nationwide occasionally and as and when required.
- To ensure sales target /KPI are met every month/year where applicable
- **Job Requirement**:

- Minimum 1 year’ experience in engineering, sales or business development in Oil and Gas Industry.
- Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent would be an asset.

**Required Knowledge and Skills**:

- Comfort in dealing with various levels of senior executives.
- Persuading, convincing, influencing, or impressing others in order to promote our offers and get them to support influencing other decision makers.
- Ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with the customer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge in using MS Office especially with Microsoft Excel is a prerequisite and added advantage for this role.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
