**As the Customer Service, your responsibilities include**
- Resolve customer issues, complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking and notifications.
- Provide detailed and accurate product information to customers.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve products and services.
- Work closely with other departments including Live Host, Assistant Live Host & technical team to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Attendance is compulsory for all training sessions provided by the company.
- Daily reporting and analysis of live streaming data.
- Initiate and be responsible for new designed tasks assigned by the company.

This role demands teamwork, excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to achieving team objectives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Early shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
