Review and process customer orders and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payments.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies and issues.
- Follow up with customers and provide support to resolve payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer payments.
- Provide timely and accurate Sales reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
- Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing.
- General office administration works.
- Assist superior with administrative works.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior or Management from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
