Calling all sales experts We're seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and orchestrate end-to-end sales strategies and operations.

In this pivotal role, you will lead the sales activities focusing on the field of OEM. Your primary mission? Ensuring successful penetration of the FMCG/OEM market.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue in the OEM personal care products market segment.
- Target and engage potential OEM clients like personal care companies and private label distributors.
- Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers across product development, purchasing, marketing at OEM customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to customize solutions meeting OEM client specifications.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, service agreements with OEM customers for profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer feedback to identify opportunities and drive innovation.
- Provide regular sales updates to management and represent company at industry events.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience in personal care manufacturing industry, with 3+ years people management.
- Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of personal care formulations, manufacturing processes, regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, ability to work independently and in teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software.
- _Fluency in Chinese (speaking and writing)._
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Pay: RM120,000.00 - RM180,000.00 per year
