Job Description:

- Assist in implementing recruitment activities such as interview arrangement, employment notification, etc.
- Maintain and update all human resources records such as new hires, employment confirmation, extension, termination, resignation, etc.
- Prepare Quotation, Purchase Order, Invoice & Delivery Order.
- Answering phone calls, logging in service tickets and following up on customer payments.
- Assist in supervising office maintenance and cleanliness.
- To perform general office duties such as ensuring office inventories are up to date.
- Manage and handle admin matters such as keeping track of employee/s files, leave/staff daily attendance, overtime records, filing files, and administration function as documentation and basic general administration.
- Assisting superior in office administrative tasks such stationaries purchasing, filing, documentation, etc
- To handle basic general administrative duties.
- To organize a proper filing system for the department.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement:

- Computer literate and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to interact and work well with all levels.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
