Service Desk Operation Manager (Japanese Language)

As a Service Desk Operation Manager, you will handle a 13-member Service Desk team, receive transition from the previous shift's manager and discuss any outstanding critical items at hand-off. You will review shift staffing to understand who is working, their skills, and how much capacity the service desk has for the day.

To give you an idea of how this flexible Service Desk Operation Manager role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

- Review current major incidents, scheduled outages, and business events for the day to assess any adjustments to staffing plans
- Address SLA areas of concern
- Evaluate IT service requests approaching or exceeding their SLAs and may adjust staff priorities.
- Advanced experience in client governance management and SLA Management
- Excellent communication skills, including being influential, persuasive and inclusive with stakeholders
- A complete understanding of the organization's business.
