Business Development Executive

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop sales and analyse strategies to explore and acquire new market
- Build good relationship and service existing and prospective clients
- Attend meeting with clients and handle all necessary documentations
- Manage technical aspects of RFP/ RFI responses
- Follow up payment from time to time
- Meet sales goals set by company
- Adhere to the best practices, standards and procedures of the company
- Any ad-hoc tasks that may be needed or assigned by Management from time to time
**COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor Degree in related field (Preferable minimum 1 or 2 years of sales experience)
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay
- Possess driving license and able to drive
- In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and skills
- Good leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Be adaptable and work independently coupled with strong interpersonal & collaboration skills
- Self-motivated, diligent and team player quality to achieve common goals
- Able to plan, organise, and manage multiple activities
- Able to work outstation, perform under pressure, and deliver projects and tasks on time
- Professional, proper etiquette, patient, and enthusiastic
- Attendance/ Punctuality - Arrives at works and meetings appointments on time
