Plan and conduct sales visits to optical practice
- Achieves sales target and forecast in assigned accounts
- Effective territory planning, preparation and account management, via the implementation of marketing, training and new product launches
- Develops and executes annual account business plan that addresses customer and company objective
- Execution of programs for major accounts with tracking metrics with the objective of growing the lenses category
- Develops and builds strong customer relationships and partnerships across all stakeholders
- Manages budget within guidelines, recommending avenues to optimise spends and to achieve positive business results
- Provides training and technical support to ensure good customer experience. Optimise resources to grow accounts in terms of activations and adoptions
- Provides communication and coordination of all plans with internal team, partners and customers to ensure timely execution and monitoring of all programs within company policy
- Generate reports with measurable KPIs to track and analyse accounts, brand, and campaigns performance.
- Stay up-to-date in the latest market insights, best practices and technology

**; Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Added advantage with two years experience in sales related role and accounts management
- Proficient in sales skills and group presentation skills
- Strong commercial sense
- Qualified and registered optometrist or opticians in the optical industry will be an added advance
- Willing to travel outstation
