Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

To eliminate any doubt, this role involves reading, viewing, listening and examining user-generated content to ensure they comply with community guidelines.

Content includes images, video, text related to every day life, but they can also include (but are not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder.

**What I will be doing**:
1. Review content on short-video platforms and conduct the content quality control in Southeast markets, make sure the contents comply with local policies, regulations and culture;
2. Handle complaints and reports with respect to users and community;
4. Identify and suggest improvement opportunities in workflow by using daily data analysis;
5. Analyse the risk level of incidents and assess the safety status of the community and products.

**Qualifications**:
**What I should bring with me**:
1. Bachelor Degree in any discipline;
2. Familiarity with internet laws and regulations, in particular reviewing online content;
3. Attention to details and ability to work differing 7*24 work rotations/shifts as required;
4. Comfortable with and understand that the job requires reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate and / or contain explicit materials;
5. Ability to speak, listen, and read in Mandarin and English fluently since it will manage Mandarin-based content.
6. Passionate about Internet entertainment/media, mobile web video/content, and pop culture.
7. Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
8. Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
