Position Overview: As a Group General Manager/Business Development Manager/Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the overall business operations, strategic growth, and day-to-day management of multiple locations or departments within a company. You will be responsible for driving business development initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, ensuring financial success, and fostering a positive work environment. This position requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams. Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning and Business Development: - Develop and implement business strategies and plans to drive growth, increase revenue, and expand market presence. - Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and assess potential risks and challenges. - Collaborate with senior management to establish goals, objectives, and performance metrics. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to enhance business opportunities. 2. Operational Management: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple locations or departments, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. - Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and guidelines to optimize productivity and quality. - Monitor operational performance, analyze data, and implement improvements to achieve operational excellence. - Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects and initiatives. - Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met. 3. Team Leadership and Development: - Provide leadership and guidance to managers and teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and talent management. - Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide coaching and feedback. - Promote a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, open communication, and employee engagement. 4. Customer Relations and Satisfaction: - Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Monitor customer feedback and reviews, implementing strategies to address issues and improve customer experience. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns. 5. Financial Management: - Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and business performance metrics. - Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed. - Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue generation, and profitability improvement. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements. Requirements: - Previous experience in a senior management role, such as Group General Manager, Business Development Manager, or Operations Manager. - Strong business acumen and proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and operational management. - Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. - Sound knowledge of business principles, financial management, and operational best practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. - Familiarity with relevant industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics. - Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
