Receptionist Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for office supplies management, administration job. ie: purchase request
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
- Make travel bookings.
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately key-in the data.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
- Expense monitoring/analysis and identify areas for cost improvement/savings.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Any ad-hoc task that may assigned by the superior/management.
**Requirement and Skills**:
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in English.
- Exemplary planning and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- High level verbal & written communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Able to communicate in **Mandarin** is advantage as need to liaise with China/Taiwan stakeholders.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
