Managing and monitoring human resource planning to ensure sufficient human resource for company operations.
- Reviewing and analyzing human resource status from time to time and proposing updates to Management accordingly.
- Managing and handling of recruitment & selection processes.
- Developing & conducting new employee’s induction and orientation.
- Managing and reviewing of employee welfare and benefits.
- Managing and handling of employee performance appraisal processes.
- Conducting yearly training needs analysis and proposing training plan to the Management.
- Maintaining and updating employee personal files, personal details and training records.
- Handling of employee’s attire, personal protection equipment (PPE), etc.
- Maintaining & updating employee’s records (attendance, leave, overtime, etc.)
- Developing and executing Company Human Resource Policies (HR Policies) while maintaining & executing other Company Policies (Company rules, safety & security regulations, etc.)
- Handling of employee’s disciplinary issue & appropriate disciplinary actions including but not limited to counselling session, reminders, warning letters, domestic enquiry, termination, etc.
- Liaise with government agencies (Labour office, IR office, immigration, JKKP, KWSP, PERKESO, HRDF, LHDN, etc.) on human resource related issues and safety matters.
- Assisting the management in the introduction and enforcement of industrial and other safety standards.
- Ensuring company’s compliance to building, electrical, environmental and other relevant statutes and maintaining constant liaison with local authorities on all relevant matters.
- Ensuring the factory’s plumbing, sanitary plumbing and sewage systems are in good working conditions.
- Ensuring the fire-fighting / fire protection system is in good working conditions at all times by having a systematic testing procedure and timely inspection & renewal.
- Assisting in monitoring and supervising relevant business license(s) validity and renewal as per legal requirement(s)
- Handling Schedule Waste (Inventory & Consignment Note).
- Maintaining Integrated Management System / IMS (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001) within the Department by establishing and enforcing organization standard.
- Managing risks and opportunities to achieve an effective IMS.
- Performing any other related duties as and when requested by the Management from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Have at least Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Have at least 2 years experience in Human Resource field especially in Manufacturing sector.
- Have experience in Safety aspect of Manufacturing site is a bonus.
- Have own transport & can travel outstation.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
