Office Department Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Provide assistance to manager in daily activities or preparing report or any documentation work
- Monitors performance progress and perform administrative and office support activities
- Coordinate the department activities and operations
- Data entry and data analysis
- Receives training and performs duties for the department
- Perform to achieve department goals and objectives with upper management
- Able to undertake the ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required from time to time
**Requirements**:
- Languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Dealing with Mandarin Speaking Clients or Suppliers)
- Good Attitude, Responsible, Hardworking and Able to multi-task
- Computer literate
- Salary Negotiable
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Working Location : HQ, Tmn Berkeley, Klang / Yong Peng, Johor / Senai, Johor / Batu Kawan, Penang / Perak / Kedah
