We are looking for a Major Project Sales Lead to be based in our newly renovated Petaling Jaya office.

About you

You are familiar with the construction business in Malaysia and have a wide network with the key market players; in this role you will serve as the Otis brand ambassador introducing and promoting our products and services into the to the major projects in Malaysia.

On a typical day you will:
- Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers- Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries- Develop new customers via cold calling, networking, bids and tenders- Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets- Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results- Conduct sales negotiations and close deals- Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues

What you will need to be successful- You have a relevant Degree and a minimum of 8 years working experience in Major Project Sales, preferably in the Elevator business- You have a strong client servicing mentality, excellent interpersonal skills- You are characterized by a high level of commitment and reliability- You are target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization
