JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:
Validation Background
- VTO managed credit & exposure of company by subsidizing each new installation and to ensure secure the ROI.

Operation Staff
- Attending to subscriber’s inquiries and complains and to response in a timely manner via telephone and correspondence helpdesk.
- Ensure coordinated correspondences helpdesk and responses with Sales team and Activation team in a timely manner to achieve KPI.
- Coordinating the circular churn prevention alternatives with Sales Operations by performed day to day outbound activities.
- Handling Validation of Customer Authentication process by performed internal and external check with various channel to performed one stop validation with customer.
- Performed sales submission validation and leads processing across sales channel according to region via direct sales, telemarketing effort and retailer submission.
- Performed upfront scheduling Task for installation on new customer acquisitions by schedule the time with customer during outbound call
- Performed activation of account and order promoting in a timely manner via submission into Customer relationship management system (CRM)

Reports & Other Key Task
- Highlighting any suspicious case from submission to prevent fraud whether internal or external that may impact business risk.
- Participating in salvage activity for submission to boast up customer acquisition across Astro.
- Performed others customer acquisition campaigns such as connected box, On demand channel and educating customer on self-service channel.
- To perform compilation and basic reporting on daily productivity, scheduling performance and summary of reports Support CSU operation if needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
Who you are:

- Minimum S.P.M. with 2 years experience or Diploma with 1 year experience in service related industry.
- Preferable with experience in telemarketing or call centre environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (eg. Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Good interpersonal skills, organisation, telephone and communication skills
- Fluent in English Language and Bahasa Malaysia.
