Outbound Sales Representative

Job Responsibility
- To perform outbound calls to prospective and existing customers through telephone and other channels.
- Handle & manage leads and accounts to generate the following outcomes for both Residential and Corporate businesses
- New Sign Up - Acquire new customers by nurturing assigned leads
- Contract Renewal - Recontract customers who are out of contract
- Retention - Mitigate termination requests via save/retention offers
- Upsell/Cross Sell - Support usage campaign to stimulate spend among existing customers
- Follow up & nurture assigned leads to generate the highest conversion & retention rates possible.
- Provide positive experience at all times when engaging with customers to enhance customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders in managing leads and customers.
- Update the CRM daily & ad hoc reports to ensure that data are up-to-date and accurate.
- Provide regular customer feedback to marketing & sales team on campaigns handled.

Job Requirement
- At least 1 year of working experience in telemarketing/sales
- Ability to handle cold calling, with assertive, positive and persistent style.
- Results-oriented
- Excellent in the English Language, both in oral and written communication.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage varied and simultaneous projects
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with other teams within organization

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to Commute:

- Bangsar South (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Bangsar South: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
