F&b Coordinator

Responsible for planning and organizing events pertaining to food and beverage services. This includes ensuring the quality of food and beverage services, managing the staff and resources, and ensuring that all events are appropriately catered to. The Food and Beverage Coordinator must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
**Job Requirements**
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Coordinator
- Knowledge of food and beverage safety regulations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and organize food and beverage services for events
- Ensure the quality of food and beverage services
- Manage staff and resources
- Ensure that all events are appropriately catered to
- Ensure that all food and beverage safety regulations are met
- Develop relationships with vendors
- Maintain records of expenditure and accounts
- Negotiate contracts with vendors
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies
- Liaise with chefs and catering staff
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
