The Chef de Partie, also known as a Station Chef or Line Cook, is a vital member of the kitchen team responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Preparation and Cooking**: Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to coordinate and streamline food preparation and service.
- **Inventory and Stock Control**: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and ensure the freshness and availability of ingredients.
- **Hygiene and Safety**: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular quality checks on dishes and ingredients, ensuring high standards are met consistently.
**Job Requirement**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in various cooking techniques and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on accuracy and precision in food preparation.
- **Leadership**: Capable of leading and motivating a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Time Management**: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
