**What You'll Do**:
- Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, pastries following traditional brand recipes and some modern new creation recipes.
- Able to develop, designs, or creates new ideas and items for Bakery & Pastry Kitchen.
- Ensure excellent quality in the production of pastry products and follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products.
- Remove any dangers, fix any flaws in the kitchen's machinery, and report to senior chef of any issues.
- Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar, chocolates etc.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie (Pastry / Bakery) or similar role.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Passion for creativity and innovation in pastry-making.
