An established freight forwarding and logistics company is looking for energetic and enthusiastic personnel to fill the position of Customer Service representative.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating bookings with carriers
- Preparing booking confirmation and responding to clients
- Maintaining records, including preparing billing invoices, documents, filing and reports

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Degree holder or with minimum 2 years working experience in this industry
- Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Melayu (and Mandarin preferably)

Working hours : Monday to Friday from 8.45 am to 6.00 pm
