**How will you make an impact in this role?**
The Recruitment Manager oversees the execution of a regional or functional GTA strategy, as outlined by the GTA Director. They will escalate concerns and/or roadblocks to the GTA Director. They are responsible for recruiting for senior level roles and leading a potential multi-market team of Managers, Recruiters, Recruiting Specialists, and Sourcers to ensure roles are filled in a timely manner and within budget. They will partner with senior leaders across markets and HR to ensure the TA strategy is aligned with the overall business objectives. They will also partner with regional senior leadership to advise on workforce planning and pipelining.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintains high visibility with and influences assigned senior leaders and senior HR members
- Helps facilitate the development of regional GTA strategies and marketing campaigns
- Supports the review, validation, and implementation of TA tools to enhance the successful selection of high-quality talent
- Provides day-to-day management and direction of strategic initiatives by managing a team of up to 10 AXP employees
- Interfaces with other GTA Sr. Managers and Managers to gain insight into business talent needs and stays current on regional best practices and issues
- Provides critical leadership and support of escalations and problem resolution
- Acts as talent acquisition SME to advise and prioritize both local and global needs
- Partners with HR Operations to ensure alignment and delivery for cross-functional initiatives and successful day-to-day GTA delivery
- Manages day to day interaction with approved vendors and suppliers and approves usage
- Ensures recruitment methodologies and hiring practices are in compliance with regional government regulations and organizational policies
**Qualifications**
- At least three years of managing and leading Talent Acquisition teams
- Intermediate experience in new world recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms to enhance process efficiencies
- Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills; strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes
- Experience in a global TA function
- In-depth knowledge of the TA landscape in the technology or finance industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in a contact center environment

- Successful track record of leading large-scale TA initiatives, while also managing large teams
- Driving of process optimization and continuous improvement (e.g. onboarding)
- Strategic outlook and ability to lead change and innovation

- Ability to coach and develop others and to scale teams
- Strong understanding of sourcing tools and methodologies
