Customer Service Assistant Export

Issue delivery order and shipping note ( applicable booking under lorry)
- Receive documents from customers and manage containers from port until they are returned to depoh
- Follow up with haulage operation for container request
- Open order once received bookingfrom customer and sent ROT to haulage
- Provide file toforwarding department to proceed K2/K3 once received CIPL from customer
- Prepare CIPL for customer once received details
- Update document in DSM system and sent K2 to haulage
- Send SI / AI draft to Liner / MITI for OBL & AIFTA purpose
- Provide booking courier and once completed send a copy of slip to account department
- Despatch invoice hard copy to customer ( by courier, by scan copy & by operation clerk)
- Responsible on billing, create invoice once folder already completed

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
