**Job Purpose**

This position extends support to our agency force in relation to their customers’ inquiries and feedback on policy related alterations and communication.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Attending to inquiries, feedback and complaints from agents and frontliners related to policy alterations and customers’ communication
- Conduct Voice-of-Customer Survey, follow up with customers to understand the insight of their feedback and extend assistance to address their concerns
- Involve in data checking and cleaning i.e. contact information to ensure our customers’ data are up-to-date
- To liaise with customers and agents for refund payment and benefits payout
- Assist in processing financial and non-financial related policy alterations

**Key Requirements**
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year working experience
- Result-oriented with sense of urgency towards True Customer Centricity
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Willingness to handle high volume workload and extra working hours with OT
