**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a team of Hire Purchase Loan Processors, providing coaching, motivation, and performance management.
- Analyze creditworthiness of loan applicants and make informed decisions regarding approvals, rejections, or adjustments to loan terms.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to minimize loan defaults and delinquencies.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and develop strategies for optimizing loan performance.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and post-approval processes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices in HP lending.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new HP loan products and services.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HP loan processing or a similar financial services role.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant loan processing software.
- In-depth knowledge of HP loan products, credit risk assessment, and underwriting practices.
- Strong understanding of relevant financial regulations and compliance procedures.
