**What’s your Responsibilities?**
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensuring that all license applicants meet the required standards and qualifications set by regulatory bodies or government agencies. Including but not restricted to, conducting background checks, verifying credentials, or inspecting facilities.
- **Renewals and Inspections**: Managing the renewal process for new or existing clients, to ensure clients are complying with regulations and conduct periodic inspections of licensed premises or operations to ensure continued adherence to the standards.
- **Customer Service and Support**: Providing assistance and guidance to license applicants and holders, answering inquiries, and resolving issues or disputes related to licensing requirements or processes.
- **Policy Development**: Collaborating with stakeholders to develop or update licensing policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure they remain relevant and effective in addressing emerging issues or challenges.
- **Training and Education**: Conducting training sessions or workshops for license applicants, holders, and staff to ensure awareness of licensing requirements, procedures, and compliance obligations.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identifying opportunities for process improvements, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the licensing process.

**The Requirements of the role**:

- Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min 3 years of experience in LMW License Application & Management.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven approach.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Proven ability to adapt to change, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
