HR & Admin Executive Mandarin Speaker

Responsible for the entire Office Administration, monitoring of the office general repair & maintenance, company vehicle road tax & insurance renewal, business licenses & certificates renewal, stationery management, office system, equipment, etc.
- Handling and arranging for product test report with SIRIM or other bodies.
- Handling and dealing with IT related issues (Internet, company system, company server, copier machine, Laptop/PC, Handphone)
- Maintain record of company office assets.
- Responsible for maintaining the filing system for both soft copy and hard copy.
- Handling and managing all utility portal for company related (E.g.: Maxis, Digi, TNB, SAJ, IWK, etc.)
