**Responsibilities**:

- Support day-to-day HR operations and tasks.
- Provide administrative assistance to HR executives.
- Maintain and update employee records both in hard copy and electronically.
- Process documentation and generate reports related to various personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate HR projects including meetings, training sessions, and surveys, and record meeting minutes.
- Address employee inquiries concerning HR policies and regulations.Aid in preparing payroll by supplying relevant data.
- Manage complaints and grievance procedures efficiently.
- Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in HR field and position, diploma and above in relevant studies.
- **Age below 40**:

- **Mandarin speaking only.**

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
