HR Officer/executive

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Responsible to lead and manage the full of HR functions.
- Organizing compiling, updating company employee records and documentation.
- Managing and updating databases internally such as new hires, termination, sick leaves etc.
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides.
- Involve in the foreign labour applicable, permit renewal, hostel and etc.
- Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance.
- Handle monthly payroll processing, including preparing salary report, overtime calculation and generate statutory deduction report for Employer monthly contribution.
- Ad hoc duties/projects as assigned from time to time.
**Eligibility**:
- At least 1-2 Years of working experiences in HR/Payroll.
- Ability to work independently with good time management.
- Ability to handle payroll software is an advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
