HR Executive

**Your Role.**
- Promptly handle payroll, ensuring compliance with regulation
- Manage recruitment and foreign workers' processes
- Coordinate visas and work passes for foreign workers
- Conduct employee induction and exit interviews
- Administer performance management and development plan
- Provide advisory support on HR policies
- Handle office administration and document filing
- Address staff grievances and disciplinary issues
- Prepare management reports and statistics
- Ensure ISO compliance in HR procedures

**We are looking for someone with.**
- 1+ year(s) of practical experience in HR / Admin function
- Hands on experience in handling payroll process
- Familiar with Employment Act 1955 and local regulations
- Trilingual ability is an added advantage (ENG/BM/中文)
Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
