PAYROLL AND HR RELATED TASKS - Prepare full set monthly payroll accurately in system. - Update employees’ Annual Leave and other leave entitlement and balance. - Monitor employee attendance from time to time. - Prepare all HR related letters (appointment letter, warning letter and etc). - Arrange orientation and briefing for new employees. - Process monthly HRDF levy. ADMINISTRATION - Ensure all documents and files are organized and easy to retrieve when necessary. - Prepare all letters and memo for internal and external parties. - Liaise with government department such as JTK, JKKP, etc. - Liaise with other suppliers, agencies, and training provider. - Assist manager for other tasks when assigned. FOREIGN WORKER - Purchase insurance for foreign worker for permit renewal. - Perform yearly permit renewal of foreign workers. - Register worker to perform FOMEMA medical check-up. - Perform workers’ passport renewal in embassy office. - Handle repatriation of foreign worker (COM). - Hostel management for foreign workers.
