**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions, from payroll management and compensation structuring to career development initiatives, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
- Conducting employee counselling session, effectively managing grievances, and overseeing disciplinary proceedings when necessary.
- Liasing with pertinent government statutory bodies, such as EPF, SOSCO, EIS, and Income Tax, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Managing all aspects of employee movements, encompassing recruitment, promotions, transfers, terminations, and retirement procedures.
- Upholding compliance with labour regulations and addressing any emerging compliance issues promptly and effectively.
- Handling ad-hoc tasks and preparing comprehensive reports as mandated by senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 year experience in Human Resources.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Info-Tech HRMS Software is advantages.
- Positive working attitude and punctuality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
