Key Responsibilities:
1. To oversee and supervise daily operation of administrative department includes purchasing, ordering, invoicing, customer service activities.

2. To perform manpower planning to ensure admin department have sufficient workforce.

3. To provide department training, and evaluating employees.

4. To developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.

5. To monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material (e.g.: Stationary).

6. To plan and implement of ISO 9001 Standard and ensure all employees from administrative department follow ISO standard requirement.

7. Participate in the confirmation evaluation and performance reviews of administrative departments.

9. As approver for staff requisition and employment of office staff.

Qualification;
1. Possess at least Bachelor's Degree and above.

2. At least 2-3 years as admin/office management or related experience.

3. Proficient in MS Office and AutoCount System.

4. Leadership with ability to drive a team.

5. Mandarin Speaker.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
