HR & Admin Manager

**Your Roles.**
- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions
- Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures
- Collaborate with H.O.D. to meet recruitment needs promptly.
- Implement performance measurement for employee evaluations.
- Ensure timely completion of performance evaluations, appraisals etc.
- Coordinate and prepare training plans, oversee HRDF matters.
- Manage payroll, welfare, and compensation, ensuring timely payments.
- Review and update HR policies, Employees Handbooks.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and Employment Act.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary issues and misconduct.
- Liaise with Government and local authorities on employment matters.
- Prepare HR-related letters: confirmation, termination, salary adjustments, etc.
- Manage office administration including maintenance, licenses and equipment.
- Develop preventive action and improvement plans for the department.

**We're looking for someone with.**
- 3+ years of working experience in Human Resource functions.
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act, HR practices
- Proactive, self-motivated and capable of working under pressure.
**Salary**: Up to RM6,500.00 per month
