d) Minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant working experience
e) Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point
f) Good presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism and diplomacy.
i) Handle all function HR

1. Bertanggungjawab terhadap pengurusan sistem seperti mengemaskini data, menyelenggarakan dan penyimpanan fail peribadi dengan selamat.
2. Bertanggungjawab menghubungi calon-calon yang memohon jawatan kosong secara atas talian dan tetapkan tarikh untuk ditemuduga.
3. Memberi induksi kepada staff baru. Bertanggungjawab membuat sesi pengenalan kepada calon baru tentang syarikat dan skop kerja setiap bahagian.
4. Bertanggungjawab untuk memantau prestasi pekerja.
5. Bertanggungjawab menyelaraskan sistem rekod fail.
6. Memastikan keceriaan, kebersihan, keselamatan dan pelaksanaan amalan persekitaran berkualiti 5S.
7. Memupuk persekitaran kerja yang positif.
8. Menerima, memproses, menguruskan dan menangani permintaan, rungutan atau isu-isu lain dari pekerja.
