**About the company**
Our client is Malaysia's leading consumer facing financial-technology enterprise with a key focus in the country's transportation ecosystem and platform-based payments infrastructure.
**Job Highlight**
- Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm (NWH)
- Located at The Horizon
- Reachable via LRT Kerinchi
**Responsibilities**
1. To support Company insurance system for data entry and exit timestamp for claim purpose.
2. Will be providing the support to the Insurance partner for the claim process which will require the engagement with the service provider and the system integrator.
3. To handle interactions in a professional manner and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
4. Performs other related duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma Holder or above in any fields.
- Passion in handling administrative task.
- Problem solving, risk management, project management, leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent written skills in English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 9 months
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
