We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Business Development and Sales Marketing Manager to join our team at The Nesting Palace. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, increasing occupancy rates, and enhancing our brand presence. You will play a vital role in the success of our confinement center and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Develop partnerships with healthcare providers, maternity clinics, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to stay competitive.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the company's goals.

**Sales and Marketing**:

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates.
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve occupancy targets and objectives.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, promotions, and materials to attract expectant and postpartum mothers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments and emerging markets.
- Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and marketing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical and strategic thinking with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of maternity and postpartum care services is a plus.
- Proficienc in using CRM and sales/marketing automation software.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
