Admin & Sales Support Officer

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative and sales support to sales department
- Attend to phone calls/ enquiries and follow up in preparing sales quotations Pre and post sales follow up (eg. Tracking P.O, expediting, arranging for collection from supplier and delivery to customer, prepare Delivery Order and Invoices)
- Maintaining a database of customer records in system for easy retrieval
- Preparing weekly/ monthly sales statistics for Head Office
- Any other administrative and sales support duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
- Previous working experience in a **sales support** role
- Good spoken and written English and local languages
- IT Skills in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power point etc)
We work on a 5-day work week.
