**Core Responsibilities**
- Customer facing environments (phone, chat, in person, etc.) interaction in some capacity (can include volunteer work, or project work while in school)
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal in English AND Cantonese
- Conduct customer interaction as measured by Client’s call quality reports, call audits, and customer satisfaction survey.
- Capturing all required data elements
- Assisting Customers by answering queries relating to their order status, changes and delivery timeframes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or at least Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.
- Fluent English (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
- **Fluent Cantonese (Reading, Writing, Speaking)**:

- Minimum of 6 months’ work experience in customer support in any industry (**For Diploma**)
- **Fresh graduates are welcome with degrees** in the following disciplines: English with Communication, English for Professionals, Mass Communication, or any related field
- **Basic knowledge of iOS (iPhone Operating System) & Apple Products**

**Salary**

**Basic**: RM 2,800 - RM 3,600

**Language Allowance**: RM 300

**Working Location**: George Town, Penang

**Working Days**: Mon - Fri

**Working Hours**: 9 AM - 6 PM

**Working Mode**: On-Site

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
