Human Resources Executive Admin

2. Handle day-to-day employee inquiries and concerns.
3. Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues and disciplinary matters.
3. Provide administrative support by managing office supplies, facilities, and equipment.
4. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.
5. Handle general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and organizing meetings.
4. Assist in the administration of payroll and benefits programs such as KWSP & PERKESO.
5. Record Keeping. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
6. Ensure confidentiality of HR and employee-related information.
6. Communication. Facilitate effective communication between management and employees.
7. Assist in the development and dissemination of internal communications.
8. Travel. Able travel to if needed.

- Salary**RM 3,000 to RM 5,000 per month**
- Other Benefit (Optional)- 1. 5 & 1/2 Working days. 2. Probation period duration, 3 to 6 Month. 3. Contribution of EPF and SOCSO, once confirm as permanent staff. 4. Annual Leave and Medical Leave, once confirm as permanent staff. 5. Attendance Allowance will be given, base on term and condition.
