**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**

**Recruitment and Staffing**:

- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Manage job postings on various platforms and networks.
- Conduct reference checks and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

**Employee Relations**:

- Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution between employees.

**Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and other learning activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

**Performance Management**:

- Assist in the performance appraisal process.
- Work with managers to set performance goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Update and maintain employee records related to compensation and benefits.
- Conduct salary surveys to ensure the company's compensation structure remains competitive.

**HR Administration**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as required.
- Handle employee documentation, including contracts and agreements.

**Compliance**:

- Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure company compliance with relevant employment legislation

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in human resources roles.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.

**Certifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin etc

**Languages**:

- Proficiency in English and Malay languages.

**Adaptability**:

- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Team Player**:

- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
