A world’s top watch brands distribution and retail company in Asia is looking for Sales Consultants to be part of their team. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining good relationships with clients.

**Main responsibilities of the Customer Relations Consultant role**:

- Equipped with in-depth product knowledge to provide recommendations and consultations to clients.
- Provide excellent sales and after-sales service to clients, and build good relationships with them to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Assist Boutique Manager on the store operations including stock management and boutique maintenance to ensure adherence to retail standard operating procedures.
- Support team members in administrative duties, processing of payments, and update of records into the system.
- Involve in Brand-related events and act as a Brand Ambassador if appointed.

**Job Requirements**:

- Qualifications: SPM, Diploma, Degree or equivalent.
- Min 1 year of working experience in luxury retail operations.
- Experience in fine watch retail business will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and outgoing personality.
- Self-motivated, customer-oriented and target driven.
- Proficient in English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
