HR Finance Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Download and check daily staff attendance records.
- Monitor staff punctuality and address any issues as necessary.
- Manage staff leave requests and maintain accurate leave records.
- Oversee staff overtime and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Process and verify staff claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
- Manage the addition and deletion of staff fingerprints for attendance tracking purposes.
- Process staff payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor staff advances for business purposes and ensure proper submission of expense claims.
- Prepare and submit quarterly attendance reports to head office using the designated system.
- Update staff information in the payroll system and SuccessFactors (Group System) as needed.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
- Advertise job vacancies and coordinate recruitment efforts as required.
- Generate and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review customer letters and follow up on purchase orders when necessary.
- Transfer sales data from the billing system to the accounting system as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Fresh graduate or one year of relevant experience in HR and/or finance.
- Strong background in finance with knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with payroll and HRIS systems is an advantage.
