Sales Operation Manager

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Conduct analysis of business performance data in order to enhance the competitiveness of activities and promotional planning for assigned customers and channels.
- Work closely with department heads to simplify daily operations and identify resources required, that are essential to increase sales and market penetration.
- Improve sales strategies, identify channels, partnership, pricing, financing, resource planning and budget to execute sales plan effectively.
- New Product Introduction (NPI) - work with R&D, Marketing and Factory department to prepare products for launching
- Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as feedback tools, for tracking operational effectiveness of staff performance and identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Be proactive in spotting and handling any problems that may come up, and quickly communicating such problems to the relevant department head(s) as soon as possible, and assist in resolving the problem(s).
- Monthly and quarterly tracking and reporting on all your implementations (and its effectiveness), and propose improvement plan and budget for the next quarter and eventually for yearly planning.
- Recruit, train, coach, lead and manage the sales team to maximize sales performance.
- To conduct regular market visits, monitor competitors’ merchandise developments and marketing activities, meet up with key retail buyers, ensure merchandising is according to guidelines.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Self-driven, optimistic, able to take calculated risks and able to execute implemented plans.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,500.00 per month
